POLYCARBONATE RESIN COATED METAL PANEL

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent flavor properties by applying a composite resin film consisting of an upper layer with specific thickness composed of a polycarbonate resin based on a repeating unit having a fundamental structure represented by a specific formula and a lower layer composed of a polyester resin based on a repeating unit having a fundamental structure represented by a specific formula to the single surface or both surfaces of a metal panel. CONSTITUTION:An upper layer is constituted of a polycarbonate resin with a thickness of 0.1-0.3mum based on a repeating unit having a fundamental structure represented by formula I (wherein R1 is a 2-10C aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a 6-18C aromatic hydrocarbon group) and a lower layer is constituted of a polyester resin based on a repeating unit having a fundamental structure represented by either one of formulae II, III (wherein R2 is a 2-6C alkylene group and R3 is a 2-24C alkylene group or an arylene group). A composite resin film obtained by laminating the polycarbonate resin to the single surface of the lower layer composed of the polyester resin is laminated to the single surface or both surfaces of a metal panel heated to the m.p. of the polyester resin so that the polyester resin layer comes into contact with the metal panel and gradually or quickly cooled.
