PURPOSE:To avoid excessive extension and excessive enlargement of a manufacturing facility and to improve productivity through rationalization of work on a part assembling line where a series of routing to assemble a part on a work consists of disassembling, assembling, inspection, redisassembly and reassembly. CONSTITUTION:A part disassembling station 21 and an assembling station 22 are provided on a route of a transport conveyor 24 to transport a work 1, and turntables 25, 26 capable of changing the discharge direction of the work 1 are provided upstream and downstream of the transport conveyor 24. A circulating system 32 to return the work 1 to the disassembling station 21 again by communicating these turntables 25, 26 with each other is provided is provided, inspection of the work 1 is carried out at an inspection station 23 arranged on the way, and a part assembling state of the work is inspected on circulating lines 27, 29, 31 separated from disassembling and assembling. |
