发明名称 METHOD FOR PREVENTING WEAR ON SLIDING PART OF METALLIC FORMED ARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent wear on the sliding part of a metallic product by forming a metallic structure in the vicinity of the surface of the sliding part of a metallic formed article into a refined one having high hardness and enough in toughness and innumerably forming fine oil sumps of recessed parts in which oil film cutting is hard to occur and whose shape is formed of a cross-sectional circular- arcuate one on the surface of the sliding part. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the sliding part of a metallic formed article is injected with shots of 20 to 200mu having hardness comparable to or above that of the metallic formed article and having an approximately sperical shape at >=50m/sec injecting rate, and the temp. in the vicinity of the surface of the metallic formed article is regulated in such a manner that of an iron-based formed article is increased to the A3 transformation point or above or that of a nonferrous metallic formed article to the recrystallization temp. or above, and innumerable fine oil sumps of recessed parts having an approximately cross-sectional circular-arcuate shape are formed on the surface of the sliding part of the metallic formed article. Thus, the wear resistance of the sliding part of the metallic formed article is improved.
