PURPOSE:To unload easily a resin molding from a receiving plate carrying the resin molding by providing a recessed part into which the peripheral part of the receiving plate carrying a laminate is fitted in a bottom force part and unloading the movable receiving plate from the bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A receiving plate 2 is inserted in a bottom force 3 and it is fixed in the bottom force 3 by inserting a fixing pin through a fixing hole 2c and a fixing hole 3b. In this case, a bottom female force 3e is formed by a rising part 2b of the receiving plate 2 and a shear edge 3a of the bottom force 3, and the peripheral part of a placing part 2a of the receiving plate 2 is fitted into a recessed part 3f. Then, by pressing a laminated article 1 under cooling in the bottom female force 3e by means of a top male force 4, a heater is obtained wherein each false metal sheet and an electric heating element are built in a resin molding wherein each sheet is integrated in the body. Thereafter, the mold is opened and a receiving plate 2 on which a face heater is placed is taken out of the bottom force 3 and the face heater is removed easily from the receiving plate 2, namely, mold dismantling can be performed. |
