PURPOSE: To simplify a controller by providing switching protrusions in a gear wheel fixed to a reeling shaft of a belt reeling machine, and gear wheels equipped in both ends of an oscillatable vibration piece around an axial line intermeshed the gear wheel, to start oscillation for the oscillatable piece with tension when the fellow protrusions contact each other in a prescribed reeling condition. CONSTITUTION: When a belt 12 is extracted greatly in a direction shown by an arrow mark 25, a gear wheel 16 fixed to a reeling shaft is rotated together in a direction shown by an arrow mark 26, no load is allpied to gear wheels 18, 19 in a rotational direction 27, and attached switching protrusions 22, 23, 24 pass through without contacting each other during rotation of the gear wheels 16, 18, 19. When reaching to a prescribed number of revolutions for the gear wheel 16 corresponding to a desirable reeling condition for the belt 12, the protrusions 22, 23 contact each other, a load is applied thereby to the gear wheel 16 in the direction shown by the arrow mark 26 to oscillate an oscillatable piece 17 in a direction shown by an arrow mark 28, and a switching lever 20 is disengaged with a drum iron 21 to be oscillated to a direction shown by an arrow mark 29, so as to be engaged with an external tooth 14 of a control disk 13. |
