<p>PURPOSE:To join aluminum tubes without narrowing an inner circumference in a joining place of mutual aluminum tubes, with enough strength and even in the case of parallel placing many aluminum tubes. CONSTITUTION:An end part's outer circumferential surface 11 of one side aluminum tube to be mutually joined is formed in a tapering like and an end's inner circumferential surface 12 of the other side aluminum tube is formed in an unfolded fan like so as to fit onto the tapering outer circumferential surface 11, and a brazing material layer 3 is formed on the outer circumferential surface 11 and the inner circumferential surface 12. Next, the outer circumferential surface 11 is fit onto the inner circumferential surface 12, heated, and joined in a temperature under than the melting point of aluminum. The brazing material and an alloy layer of the brazing material and aluminum are interposed between the joining surfaces.</p> |
