摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy or exit plate temperature and to stabilize the quality characteristics of a rolled product by controlling coolant supply quantity by considering the temperature change of a coolant and the change of entry side plate temperature in cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:A coolant controller 10 is provided with a coolant supply quantity setting circuit 11, a data input device 12, a rolling condition input device 13, a pass number of times input device 14, and a rolling speed input device 15, and sets the valve opening rate of the flow rate control valve 22 of a coolant pump 21 via a controller 23, and controls the coolant supply quantity discharged from a nozzle 24 to a rolling roll. The present coolant temperature is inputted by a coolant temperature sensor 31. The present entry side plate temperature is inputted by an entry side plate temperature sensor 32. The present exit side plate temperature is inputted by an exit side plate temperature sensor 33. The coolant supply quantity is corrected based on the change of the present coolant temperature for reference and theat of the present entry side temperature for reference, and feedback is controlled based on the deviation of the present exit side plate temperature for target exit side plate temperature. In this way, the accuracy of the exit side plate temperature can be improved.</p>
