PURPOSE:To safely expel charge by providing this discharging device with an inclined rotary blade, obliquely arranging a cylindrical passage for objects to be shredded perpendicularly to a rotary blade, disposing an opening/closing plate interlocked to backward rotation of the rotary blade in a charge passage and forming a discharge notch in the passage of a position corresponding to the opening/closing plate. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical passage 18 for the charge opened in the upper stage of the main body is so obliquely installed to be made perpendicular to the rotary blade 5 installed to incline on an inclined supporting rod 2. The cylindrical passage 18 is provided with the opening/closing plate 16 and part of the cylindrical passage 18 corresponding to the opening/closing plate 16 is formed with a discharge notch 19. A cam 8 rotates via a one-way clutch 7 driven and rotated by the rotary blade 5 when unshredable foreign matter 20 is charged to rotate the rotary blade backward. A revolving shaft 13 is then rotated by working of a driven rod 19, an actuating rod 14 and a connecting rod 15, by which the opening/closing plate 16 is rotated to open and discharge the discharge notch 19. |
