PURPOSE:To obtain a blood-vessel blocking agent suitable for the treatment of vascular disorder, e.g. cerebral blood-vessel aneurysm to be treated in situ and arteriovenous malformation and easily applicable in behalf of one-solution type by compounding a Ca ion-containing liquid with a thrombin-including carrier and a fibrinogen-including carrier. CONSTITUTION:This blood-vessel blocking agent is obtained by compounding a Ca ion-containing liquid with a thrombin-including carrier and a fibrinogen- including carrier (preferably, a liposome of 0.2-0.3mum in particle diameter). |
