PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the rate of dimensional change of compact in a dewaxing stage and to obtain a ceramic sintered compact excellent in dimensional precision when a ceramic sintered compact used for various electronic parts is produced. CONSTITUTION:This production method is composed of a 1st step in which ceramic powder 1 is mixed with additive powder 2 contg. metal powder, a 2nd step in which an org. binder 3 is added to the mixture of the powders 1, 2 and granulated powder is formed, a 3rd step in which the granulated powder is formed into a compact by compression, a 4th step in which the org. binder contained in the compact is removed, a 5th step in which the dewaxed compact is fired to form the objective ceramic sintered compact. |
