PURPOSE:To assuredly and quickly seal a lid member to an R-shaped surface which has simply folded back the opening edge of a paper container by constituting an inner side sealing layer which is laminated with a cushioning member layer, of a hot melt layer. CONSTITUTION:A lid member A consists of a laminated member for which a hot melt layer 1, cushioning member layer 2, reinforcing member layer 3 and glassine paper 4 are laminated from the lower surface side which becomes an innermost layer. As the cushioning member layer 2, a denatured EVA, EMAA, EMMA, etc., are applied, and as the reinforcing member layer 3, PET, OPP, NY (nylon-trade mark), etc., are applied. Since the hot melt layer 1 which is solid at a normal temperature but generates flowability and viscosity by heating is adopted as the lowest internal layer of the lid member A, a drying means is not required, and therefore, a sealing can be quickly performed. Also, even when a folded back part 8 of the opening edge 6 of a paper container is an R-shaped surface, a sealing property can be improved further by the coupled in cooperation of the flowability of the hot melt and cushioning property of the cushioning member layer 2. The reinorcing member layer 3 prevents the lid member A from being broken at the time of unpacking. |
