PURPOSE:To provide training equipment for back part and waste part having simple structure and easily usable without using power in which the technique for rocking both the feet part and the waste part which allows the more perfect goldfish-like motion is adapted. CONSTITUTION:A support body 4 fixed to a receiving frame body 1 has a pair of support beams 7, 8 provided in opposed positions with the support body 4 between through a support mechanism 3 possessed by the support body 4 in such a manner as to be interlockingly or independently rockable in lateral directions, and a waste contact body and a foot receiving body are formed on the top end side upper surfaces of the support beams 7, 8, respectively. |
