发明名称 CONDUCTIVE CERAMIC, ITS PRODUCTION AND COLLECTOR MEMBER FOR CELL UNIT OF SOLID ELECTROLYTE TYPE FUEL CELL PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME CERAMIC
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a conductive ceramic by preparing a metal compound mixture powder having a composition represented by a specified formula, calcining the mixture powder to form a solid solution, subsequently grinding, molding and sintering it to have a prescribed porosity. CONSTITUTION:Compounds such as La2O3, SrCO3, CaCO3, BaCO3, CuO and Cr2O3 are mixed so as to have a prescribed composition and the resultant mixedpowder is calcined at >=1000 deg.C. This calcined material is ground, molded into a prescribed shape and subsequently sintered at >=1300 deg.C to obtain a conductive ceramic having a <=1% porosity and represented by the formula [A is Sr, Ba or Ca; B is Mg, Zr, Al, Mn, Fe, Ce, Co or Ni; 0.05<=x+n<=0.30, 0.001<=y<=0.05, O.90<=k<=1.05, 0.001<=m<=0.10]. An LaMnO3-based air electrode 2 and a fuel electrode 3 composed of NiO-ZrO2 are then respectively attached to one side of a solid electrolyte 1 composed of Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 and to the other side thereof, and these cells are connected through a separator 4 composed of the conductive ceramic, thus producing the objective cell unit for a solid electrolyte-type fuel cell.
