PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight member made of a synthetic resin for an automobile in which cost reduction is contrived and disposability is excellent by forming the whole fitting part of the rigid synthetic resin and insert-molding a stainless foil or an aluminum vapor deposition film on the surface part. CONSTITUTION:A whole fitting part 1 is formed of a rigid synthetic resin. Sections are formed into a nearly reverse U-shape so as to hold fitting parts 11 for fitting fixtures TI, TO. Lip parts 3 for sliding are formed in the opposite faces 12 side of the fitting parts 1. Lip parts 4 for closing a gap are formed in the upper ends of the opposite faces 12. Lip parts 5 for fixation and holding are formed in the insides of the fitting parts 11. A metallic thin film material such as a stainless foil or an aluminum vapor deposition film in which brilliant properties are excellent is insert-molded on the surface part exposed to the outsides of the fitting parts 1. |
