摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a measurement instrument mounting structure enabling a temperature sensor for a contra-rotating bearing to be easily mounted, regarding a propeller shaft structure where a propeller can be demounted without removing a rear contra-rotating bearing for supporting an inner propeller shaft. CONSTITUTION:A marine contra-rotating propeller is constituted so that the rear end of an outer propeller shaft 2 is provided with a forward propeller boss mounting flange 2a, and a tubular extension section 2b is formed in such state as projected from the flange 2a to the internal surface of a forward propeller boss 1a. Also, a rear contra-rotating bearing 6B is laid on the internal surface of the section 2b, while a forward propeller boss 1a is formed on the external surface thereof. Regarding this marine contra-rotating propeller shaft construction, a cylindrical member 9 is provided between both contra-rotating bearings 6A and 6B, and a small diameter tube 10 is laid along the axial direction of the member 9. Also, the contra-rotating bearing 6B is fitted with a temperature sensor 15 and wiring therefor is led inside the tube 10.</p>
