PURPOSE: To maintain a predetermined min. spacing by regulating a perforator blade when the positional difference between an aligning mark signal and a perforation signal is larger or smaller than the desired distance between an aligning mark position and a perforating position. CONSTITUTION: When the number of pulses between the signals sent out of a drum switch 144 and a perforator switch 150 is larger than the number of pulses corresponding to the distance (skirt length) between perforating and sealing positions and the skirt length is small, a motor 166 is rotated in an advance direction to increase the number of rotations of a perforator block 82 to a perforator pulley 85. By this constitution, the perforating position is moved so as to go away from the sealing position to reduce the number of pulses between the signals sent out of the drum and perforator switches 144, 150. When the number of pulses coincides with a desired number of pulses, the motor 166 is stopped. The number of pulses between the drum and perforator switches 144, 150 is tracked to be compared with a desired number of pulses to maintain a desired min. skirt length. |
