PURPOSE: To obtain a bone graft composition to form first strong adhesion between various layers by equipping first and second non-metal layers and an inner layer of metallic fiber placed in between first and second layers to provide strong adhesion therebetween. CONSTITUTION: An artificial supporter for a femur hip-joint 1 has a first layer 2 of a synthetic fiber core arranged in the longitudinal direction, an inner layer 3 of knitted metallic sheath covering the core and a second layer 4 of an external pellicle, wherein the core is formed by pulling out the carbon fiber whereto a polymer is impregnated through a mold and, eventually, the core and the sheath are placed in an injection mold to form the polymer pellicle thereupon. In addition to the first reinforcing association obtained by bonding the polymer to the metal, this association will further be reinforced by induction heating. In the induction heating apparatus, the metallic sheath is heated following which the polymer is heated at the contact surface between the layers, whereby further complete bonding is obtained between the layers. |
