In the in-band signaling, the method converts communication mode. The method specially converts traffic mode to signaling mode. This communication mode conversion method decreases the misoperation that converts communication mode when voice or data changes effective signaling data. The method employs a CPU(20), a receiving buffer(10), a voice processor(30), a data processor(40) and a signal processor(50).
