PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing an instant bean-curd refuse containing vegetables by which the instant bean-curd refuse containing the vegetables can be produced for about 1min. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing an instant bean-curd refuse containing vegetables comprises using a packaged bean-curd refuse powder (a) in which a prescribed amount of bean-curd refuse powder prepared by drying bean-curd refuse and powdering the dried bean-curd refuse is sealed, a packaged food material (b) containing a prescribed amount of a mixed food material containing the boiled vegetables as a principal material sealed therein and a packaged seasoning liquid (c) containing a prescribed amount of a seasoning liquid to be added in mixing the packaged bean-curd refuse powder (a) with the packaged food material (b) and setting the amounts of the bean-curd refuse powder, mixed food material and seasoning liquid so as to make the bean-curd refuse directly edible by mixing and kneading these three, placing the bean-curd refuse powder, mixed food material and seasoning liquid in a container 4, mixing them and kneading the resultant mixture. |
