PURPOSE:To lower the cost of maintenance and control by purifying water without active carbon being used and also heightening alkalinity. CONSTITUTION:Using water from which refuse in water has been removed by a filter 10 is ridded of carbonate ions in the using water in a decarboxylation tank 20, and further alkaline ioninzed water is formed in an electrolyzer 30. The formed alkaline ionized water is ridded of calcium carbonate in the alkaline ionized water in a tank filter 40. And further the alkaline ionized water is temporarily stored in a water storage tank 50, and hydrogen bond between water molecules of the alkaline ionized water is cut by electromagnetic energy radiated from a ceramic filter 60, and a group of the water molecules is made small to form water of good permeability. As a result, for example, the necessity of always using an alkaline active carbon tank which requires the replacement of the alkaline active carbon in a relatively short period because of deterioration reaching at an advanced stage in use for a long period is prevented. |
