<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject packed body capable of preventing from odor due to anaerobic respiration and browning or greening due to excess oxygen over a long period and enabling safe heating treatment in heating. CONSTITUTION:In a packed bag housing green soybeans, consisting of a perforated synthetic resin film in which green soybeans are hermetically sealed, opened area ratio of the perforated synthetic resin film is 1X10<-6> to 1X10<-4>% and a seal strength in a small part of the sealed part of the bag made of the perforated synthetic resin film is smaller than the seal strength of other large part of sealed part and surface area of the bag is 200-600cm<2> based on 100g green soybeans.</p> |
