<p>PURPOSE: To improve pressure holding characteristics of an article, resistance of the article to flying of a adhesive when a fiber product is recovered, a shield layer to a steam permeation of the article and creepage of the article by laminating a reinforcing layer on a heat recoverable fiber product. CONSTITUTION: A fiber product is illuminated, crosslinked, and then a layer of a low density polyethylene material is laminated at one side. The product is wound on a roller 30 so that a laminated layer of a single polymer for forming an outside layer 14 of the article becomes on an inside surface of the roller. Then, the product is supplied to another series of rollers 32, a second layer of a low density polyethylene is laminated on the other side of the product from a hopper. Thus, an inside laminate layer 16 is formed. Simultaneously, a reinforced layer 18 supplied from a roller 34 is laminated on the polymer layer. The laminating process completes by the roller 36.</p> |
