The knobs composed of a timer knob and a power output knob mounted at a control panel of the microwave oven, connect or cut off the rotation of both knobs according to the kind of output power. The structure comprises latch pieces (11)(21) of a certain width formed on the periphery of the power output knob (10) and the timer knob (20); a lever (30) having the elastic means (31) lifting between the knobs (10)(20); upper/lower ends (30a)(30b) of the lever engaged to the latch pieces (11)(21). When the knob (10) is set on the grill function, the latch piece (11) of the knob (10) is formed at the position for compressing the upper end (30a) of the lever (30).
