摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of diagnosis by performing confirmation diagnosis for diagnosing rubbing or the like from audio data and confirming the diagnostic result of audio based on monitoring processing data. CONSTITUTION:In a frequency analysis device 5 for audio diagnosis, the envelope detection signals of audio signals are frequency-analyzed with rotation reference signals as triggers and processed to the audio data and the audio data are inputted to an audio abnormality detection and diagnosis processing part 6. Also, axial vibration signals emitted from an axial vibration sensor 1 are amplified by an amplifier 7 and inputted to the frequency analysis device 8 for vibration diagnosis as input signals. In the meantime, the rotation reference signals of a rotor emitted from a rotation reference sensor 11 are amplified by a rotation reference detector 12 and inputted to the frequency analysis device 8 for the vibration diagnosis as control signals. Then, in the frequency analysis device 8 for the vibration diagnosis, the axial vibration signals are frequency- analyzed and phase-analyzed with the rotation reference signals as the triggers and the vibration data are inputted to a vibration abnormality detection and diagnosis processing part 9.</p>
