The system comprises a motorised anti-vibration suspension mechanism with a motor (1) to provide rotation about a base (7), a second motor (2) which provides a rotation about two shafts (16,17), and a gyroscopic motor (3). All three motors are linked to a control unit at the base of the pole (4). The first motor (1), fixed to the base of the suspension mechanism, is connected to two step-down gears (10,11) with a ball bearing (13) and two stop rings (14,15) to permit a 360 degree rotation without friction or lengthwise movement along the axis of the pole. The second motor (2) is fixed to a lateral member of the suspension and is also linked to two step-down gears (18,19) with two bearings (20,21) and four stop rings (22-25) to allow a rotation through 360 degrees, without friction or lengthwise movement, about an axis perpendicular to that of the pole.
