<p>PURPOSE:To provide a pattern forming base body, a pattern forming method, and a pattern forming body, by which a pattern formed by an electrophotographic method is hardly affected by an atmosphere in charging. CONSTITUTION:Direct current voltage is impressed between the first conductor layer 21 and the second conductor layer 22 of a pattern forming base body provided with a supporting body l and the first conductor layer 21, a photoconductor layer 3, and the second conductor layer 22, which are arranged on the supporting body 1 in order, so that the photoconductor layer 3 is charged, and an electrostatic latent image pattern is formed on the photoconductor layer 3 by carrying out pattern exposure via a mask M, and subsequently, toner is adhered on the second conductor layer 22 surface on the photoconductor layer 3 for forming a pattern. In this way, stable charge potential can be given to the photoconductor layer 3 no matter how an atmosphere such as humidity or an air pressure is in charging, as no charging method using a discharge phenomenon such as a corona discharge is required, so that this method is effective in greatly reducing a difference in density of toner development picture elements in comparison with a conventional one.</p> |
