PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic package that allows a simple inspection for short circuits and open circuits in it by connecting a second circuit wiring different from a first circuit wiring to a second conductive layer different from a first conductive layer, and electrically insulating the first layer from the second layer. CONSTITUTION:A viahole 4 between sheets is provided as part of wirings, and extended to an upper surface 1a of a ceramic board 1 to form circuit wirings 2 connected to an external connection terminal 5 on the surface 1a. The wirings 2 are connected only to a first conductive layer 7A via conducting wirings 6a, and second circuit wirings 2i are connected only to a second conductive layer 7B via conducting wirings 6i. Accordingly, the wirings 2a, 2i are insulated from each other, and the layers 7A, 7B are insulated. As a result, a defective component can be easily excluded by checking the layers 7A, 7B for conduction. |
