PURPOSE:To obtain a which draws inspiration from another viewpoint by utilizing a case wherein inspiration is drawn by brainwriting. CONSTITUTION:A transmission discrimination data base 3 receives a transmission indication from a sender of circulation and stores a transmissions identifier and sent information. A transmission assist means 2 while sending the sent information from the transmission discrimination data base 3 instructs a forced reply, and discriminate whether or not the reply is an answer to circulation by using the transmission identifier and transmission discrimination data base 3 and sends an instruction for resetting the forced reply when the reply is obtained. When the transmission assist means 2 indicates the forced reply, a user monitoring assist means 4 makes a display showing whether or not circulated data with a time limit arrive and stores them as a black list in the data base when the time limit passes. The transmission assist means 2 sends all copies of comments sent from a receiver to a 3rd person and then assists inspiration by the 3rd person from a new viewpoint. |
