PURPOSE:To provide a liquid crystal driving device which can drive data lines in 1/2 clock cycles. CONSTITUTION:A shift register circuit 11 has latch circuits LT1, LT2 provided as many as stages of drain (data) lines, the latch circuits LT1, LT2... of the respective stages output horizontal clock signals SPH to transfer gates TG13 of corresponding stages of a transfer gate circuit 12 in 1/2 cycles of the a horizontal synchronizing signal, and the transfer gates TG13 of the respective stages are turned on by one cycle of the horizontal synchronizing signal CK. The latch circuits LT1, LT2... of the respective stages transfer the inputted horizontal clock signals SPH to the latch circuits LT2... of the next stages in order in 1/2 cycles of the horizontal synchronizing signal. |
