The casing 910) has a body (11) with a U shape and a lid (15). The body is provided with a lateral extension tube split in two halves (20,a,b) which are locked together by a clip (21). The casing engages a power cable (5) provided with a fuse 91) and terminated with connection eyelets (3). A second tube (25), also split in two halves, is provided at the opposite extremity of the casing. A fixing tongue (5) is attached to the body. The tongue can fix the casing to the engine compartment wall.
