The temperature limiter includes a ceramic box (3) communicating with at least one ceramic tube (1). The tube contains a pastille of temperature alloy (2) with a given Curie temperature. A magnet (6) is solidly attached to a plunger (7) comprising an adjustment (7a,7b,8) for recovering the operational play. These components co-operates within the box (3) with an elastic lamella (5) which is bent in order to form a return spring. This arranged in order to open and close the contacts (4a, 5a).
