The displacement element consists of a support system (2,3) and a mobile part (1), which is freely rotatable with respect to the support system, and which bears onto the ground. The mobile part of the element presents a surface in contact with the ground and is spherical. The spherical element is held within the support structure (2), which is formed with an upper part (5) and a lower part (4) which are held together to form a spherical seat. A fixing plate (6) carries the screwed stem, which allows the movement element to be fitted to the required means of transport.
