发明名称 FLOW RATE AND PRESSURE SIMULATION DEVICE FOR PIPING
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily find the demanded amount of fluid of the piping required for a pipe network analysis by storing a facility data base including diameter data on the piping, estimating the supply amount of fluid from the included diameter data on the piping, and determining the demanded amount of fluid of the piping. CONSTITUTION:A computer 11 retrieves the supply amount in a polygon and sends a supply pipe number to a customer data processing system 2 through a communication line 3. A computer 21 retrieves a customer number on the basis of the supply pipe number by referring to a table E, computers the maximum demanded amount by using the customer data base D, and sends it to a pipe network analytic processing system 1 through the communication line 3. The computer 11 sets respective demanded amounts at supply pipe takeout positions of the piping. Once the demanded amounts are determined, complicated piping is put in a pipe network thereafter, a loop is further determined, and an initial flow rate in the pipe network is determined, thereby performing computation by a Hardy cross method. Pressure at a consumer node is displayed as a computation result on a display 17 and the processing ends.
