<p>PURPOSE:To prevent unevenness of an electrostatic capacity of a contained capacitor by forming a viahole between a nonelectrode part of a first electrode and a second electrode, filling a conductor in the viahole, and forming part of a second wiring of the conductor. CONSTITUTION:A viahole 2a passed through a ceramic sheet 2 is formed substantially at a center of a non-electrode part 4a of a first electrode 4. A viahole 2b passed through the sheet 2 is formed substantially at a center of a surface of a second electrode 6. Conductors 7 filled in the viaholes 2a, 2b form parts of second wirings 10 connected to the electrode 6, and are disposed along a layered direction of the sheet 2 in a state inserted to the part 4a between the electrodes 4 and 6. Thus, an electrostatic capacitance of a contained capacitor 9 becomes a constant value without unevenness.</p> |
