<p>PURPOSE:To accurately infer the remaining service life until the abnormality generation of a mechanism part provided with a movable member to repeat a cyclic operation. CONSTITUTION:Successive moving time T2 of the movable member is detected (S1) and its long-term fluctuation rate Pa and its short-term fluctuation rate Pb are calculated (S3). Based on these standard values, the fuzzy inference of abnormal generation possibility is performed (S4) and when the possibility is high, the factor of abnormality is inferred by fuzzy inference (S6). Afterwards, a danger rate Pc of the ratio of the successive moving time T2 and a prescribed constant is calculated, and the fuzzy inference of the remaining service life is performed (S7) based on a production rule with the combination of the membership functions of three variables of the long-term fluctuation rate Pa, short-term fluctuation rate Pb and danger rate Pc as the antecedent and with the membership function of the remaining service life as the consequent. Since it is possible for the production rule to be reflected with the experience of a skilled person, the accurate inference of the remaining service life can be executed.</p> |
