<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production scheduling device which can always perform a stable management of load adjustment without affecting an experience and a faculty of a person taking charge of the load adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A production scheduling device 1 inputs a production plan 3 which includes the product producing order prepared by a production plant producing system 2, being a preceding device, the production information 4 which is used for production of all products that are pointed by the product producing order stored in an optional recording device (not shown in the diagram), and the management point process information 6 which is read out of a management point process information recording part 5 where stores the information on the management point, i.e., a process being a load adjustment mark which is previously chosen out of plural production processes. Receiving these input elements, the device 1 puts the mark processes into the production processes of all products in order to produce the management information on the production processes of all products pointed by the product producing order on the same standard. Then the device 1 outputs the process management information as the adjustment production information 8 that is suited to a load adjustment system 7, being a succeeding device.</p> |
