<p>PURPOSE:To allow a toner to maintain stable electrostatic charge characteristics without causing offsetting phenomenon or winding phenomenon to a heat roll by allowing releasing agent particles to exist on the surfaces of core particles based on a colorant and a bonding resin and disposing polymer layers each having a specified thickness or below on the outsides of the releasing agent particles. CONSTITUTION:Releasing agent particles are allowed to exist on the practically entire surfaces of core particles based on a colorant and a bonding resin and polymer layers each having <=0.5mum thickness are disposed on the outsides of the releasing agent particles to obtain the objective toner. The polymer layers contain at least polysiloxane obtd. by polycondensing aminoalkylalkoxysilane and alkylalkoxysilane. The core particles are preferably obtd. by coloring polymer beads produced by dispersion polymn. with a dye. The releasing agent is, e.g., low mol.wt. PP or low mol.wt. PE. The outer layers are easily formed by producing a polycondensation product on colored particles by the hydrolysis of alkoxysilanes.</p> |
