发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING EXPOSURE AMOUNT AND DEVICE THEREFOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to drastical increase the exposure amount and to cope with the prolongation of the life of a photoreceptor made into a thin film by providing a dipping means disposed in an optical path and adjusting a light quantity, a detecting means detecting the lowering of the sensitivity of the photoreceptor and a control means operating the dipping means in accordance with the result of the detection of the detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A lamp power source is connected to the exposing lamp 11 of an image exposure device 10 and the output of the lamp power source is adjusted to adjust the voltage applied to the exposing lamp 11 and its emitted light quantity. A filter driving circuit is connected to a driving motor 24 to connect/disconnect output to the driving motor 24 by the filter driving circuit based on the output from a controller, so that the dipping filter 29 arranged in the image exposure device 10 is advanced/retreated into/from the optical path 30 of image light 14. As the dipping filter 29, a neutral density filter not having the selectivity of a wavelength in a visible ray region can be suitably used.
