PURPOSE:To provide the automatic transaction device for charging the designated denomination of paper money into a storage part in a short time while unnecessitating the rejection of paper money out of the designated denomination. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a charging box 19 for storing plural kinds of paper money A and feeding these paper money A one by one, conveying route R2 for conveying the paper money A fed out of this charging box 19, inspection part 36 for counting the number of paper money A conveyed through this conveying route R2 and discriminating their denominations, plural safes 16-18 by denominations for storing the paper money A discriminated by this inspection part 36 by their denominations, and control means 45 for designating the denomination and number of paper money A to be stored in one of these safes 16-18 by denominations, for stopping storing the paper money A into that safe when the designated number of paper money A are stored in any one of safes 16-18 by denominations, and for simultaneously stopping storing the paper money out of the designated denomination into the other safes as well. |
