<p>PURPOSE:To easily select a file having a desired data amount format out of plural kinds of registered files having respectively different data formats. CONSTITUTION:When a color code setting part 6 inputs a color code setting command for a file name from an input device 11 through a data processor 1, a set contents storing part 7 stores a display color corresponding to a file data format inputted from the device 11 following the command in a memory 8 as set information. When a file list display part 3 inputs a file list displaying command from the device 11 through the processor 1, a file information accessing part 9 accesses the set information from the memory 8 and then a sorting part 10 sorts a file data format and its display color read out from an external storage device 2 based upon the file information. Then, a color display control part 4 displays a file name by the set color in accordance with the sort. Thereby a user can identify the data format of the file name only by observing its display color.</p> |
