PURPOSE:To prevent liquid of a rotary member such as roller using a liquid from being leaked to a rotary member supporting part of the roller, etc. CONSTITUTION:This rotary device is provided with rotary member of at least either of a developing roller and a cleaning roller, a shaft 2 protruding from both ends of the rotary member 1, supporting members 3 freely rotatably supporting the shaft 2 and conical liquid draining rings 4 fixedly provided in the positions separated a prescribed distance from the end surfaces of the rotary member of at least one of the developing roller and the cleaning roller respectively, between the supporting members 3 and the end surfaces of this rotary member, having the bottom parts facing them and forming conical surfaces toward the at least one supporting members of either of the developing roller and the cleaning roller and taking an action for returning a developer in the directions opposite to the supporting members of either of the developing roller and the cleaning roller by centrifugal force. |
