<p>One or several compounds having the general formula (I) are used as slip additives for thermoplastic materials. In the formula (I) R-C(=0)-[R2-C(=0)]¿nR?1, n equals an integer from 0 to 10; R and R1 represent independently from each other linear or branched, saturated alkyl residues with 1 to 37 C atoms or corresponding mono- or polyunsaturated alkyl residues with 2 to 37 C atoms or non-substituted or alkyl- or alkylene-group substituted aromatic hydrocarbon residues with 6 to 18 C atoms; R2 is a simple bond or linear or branched saturated alkylene residues with 1 to 37 C atoms or corresponding mono- or polyunsaturated alkylene residues with 2 to 37 C atoms or non-substituted or alkyl- or alkylene-group substituted aromatic hydrocarbon residues with 6 to 17 C atoms, provided that the sum of C atoms in the residues R, R?1 and R2¿ equals at least 14. Also disclosed is a thermoplastic composition that contains a polyketone having the general formula (I), in which n > 1, besides usual additives.</p> |
