PURPOSE: To provide a novel kit or method for sending a medicine or a diagnos tic compound to a target cell in a body. CONSTITUTION: This pretargeting kit contains (a) an antibody or the fragment thereof for recognizing a target-related antigen, or the derivative of the antibody or the fragment thereof, and (b) a partly bonded ligand-effecter material made of a ligand peculiar to the antibody and an effecter part bonded thereto. In addition, the kit features that the antibody is a single peculiar antibody having a multiple bonded portion, and the ligand is derived from the target-related antigen or the cross reacting analog of the antigen recognizable with the antibody. |
