摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a driving circuit integrated type liquid crystal display device capable of allowing heat generated from a driving circuit itself to rapidly escape and preventing malfunction caused by the generated heat of the driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display device is provided with an array substrate 100 having pixel part 102 consisting of pixel electrodes arranged in a matrix state and an a-Si TFT connected to the pixel electrodes so as to drive them in a center part and a driving circuit 105 for driving the a-Si TFT at a peripheral part; a counter substrate arranged to be opposed to the array substrate 100, a liquid crystal layer sealed between the substrate 100 and the counter substrate. A metallic film 103 is formed at the peripheral part of the substrate 100 where the driving circuit 105 is arranged, and the driving circuit 105 consisting of polycrystal Si TFT is arranged on the metallic film 103 through an insulating film 104.
