Mfg. light concrete profiles for facades and inner regions

The blank is produced in a metal shuttering, contg. vertical parting sheet metal plates with spaces determining the prod. thickness. The shuttering is filled with light concrete compacted by vibration. After final hardening the blanks are cut by a saw blade with diamond profile-supports during passage on a conveyor belt. The shuttering size is 2.60 x 1.30 x 1.30 m.
