The fastening comprises an organ (10) which contains a nut (22) made from two half-nuts (24) to form an internally threaded surface (30). A carrier sleeve (44) has an inner receiving surface (52) to accommodate the assembled nut. Safety devices, i.e. grooves (60,62) and projections (38,42), are provided between the nut and the sleeve to facilitate the removal of the sleeve from the nut in a disassembly procedure. The safety devices remain in engagement with the threaded section (14) of the fastening screw (12).
