The gear (2) turning with the output shaft (1) has working tooth flanks (10, 13) of different shapes for tightening and releasing and against which the locking pawl (3) works. A ramp portion on the gear works against the pawl. The latter can be turned through 180 deg. in its guide. Its end towards the gear can be of unsymmetrical wedge-shape. Recesses can be formed in a driven member, and in which spring-loaded pawl in an enclosing driving sleeve engage. The axes of the recesses are inclined against the tightening direction.
