Device for increasing muscular efficiency on bicycles and similar vehicles with pedal cranks (5, 6) that freely revolve on a common geometrical axis (7) and in relation to the overgear (3), with separate means (14, 14a) of engagement on the overgear (3) such as to allow the rider to exploit coincidence of the axis (7) of the pedal cranks (5, 6) with the axis (4) of the overgear (3) and therefore the constant angle at 180 DEG of the pedal cranks (5, 6) or transfer of their axis (7) to a previously set position towards the rear wheel of the vehicle, each of these positions corresponding to a certain angle, here termed a lead angle, beyond the upper dead point, of one of the pedal cranks (5, 6), when the other reaches its lower dead point. |
