PURPOSE: To allow application to panels of various thicknesses, and to allow adjustment of a holding pressure. CONSTITUTION: A slider 12 has cam surfaces 28 facing toward a front end 29. When the slider 12 is slid along a guide part 11 by a manual means 15, the cum surfaces 28 act on the guide part 11 in grooves 21, 22 to increase a distance of the front end 29 of the slider 12 from the guide part 11. At that time, the front end 29 is brought into contact with a surface of a cavity, and the slider 12 engages with the guide part 11 by unidirectional coupling means 19, 20.
