发明名称 SUBLIMATION TYPE THERMAL TRANSFER MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent inverse transfer at the time of color lapping printing by forming a sublimation type thermal transfer material by successively laminating a colorant layer containing a sublimable dye and the uppermost layer containing a low dyeing resin and a lubricant on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A sublimation type thermal transfer material is formed by providing a colorant layer containing a sublimable dye on a substrate and laminating the uppermost layer containing a low dyeing resin and a lubricant thereon. The colorant layer is the single layer constitution of an ink layer containing a sublimable dye and a binder or constitution such that a dye supply layer for many-time printing or n-fold printing and a transfer contributing layer are mainly laminated on the substrate in this order in succession. The sublimable dye used in the colorant layer is a dye evaporated or gasified at about 60 deg.C or higher and there is a disperse dye or an oil-soluble dye. As a pref. example of the low dyeing resin, there are an aromatic polyester resin, a styrene/butadiene resin, a polyvinyl acetate resin, a polyamide resin, and the like.
